Damean Searle graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University, Chico in 1999. With 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, he has worked both in the wholesale and retail segments. Damean has a firm grasp of all residential lending programs, including first\-time homebuyers, vacation homes, investment property financing, and jumbo mortgage financing. He can even assist with portfolio loan programs for scenarios that do not fit conventional, FHA, USDA, or VA loan programs. Damean is customer\-focused, driven by a desire to assist families in selecting the right mortgage program for their needs. He also prides himself on helping clients navigate the often\-complicated loan process as efficiently and expeditiously as possible. Damean has been happily married to his wife Tina for 25 years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with the family dogs and playing percussion and guitar. He supports many worthy charitable organizations including Farm Sanctuary, ASPCA, Oxfam, and Doctors without Borders. He is also the former Education Chair of the Florida Gulf Coast Mortgage Bankers Association.
