After a career in marketing and teaching college psychology, Amy took a leap of faith in 2017 and purchased Pink & Navy Boutique from another Anna Maria Island local — turning her passion for style and community into a full-time dream job. Amy’s vision is simple: create spaces that feel like home. Pink & Navy curates clothes that make memories, not just fill closets, while Suellen’s Studio is her fashion-focused makers market where locals can gather, create, and connect. When Hurricane Helene destroyed one of her two stores, Amy doubled down on her commitment to Bradenton’s small-town charm, expanding into Suellen’s Studio where fashion, creativity and upcycling projects that keep creativity come together. Her businesses reflect her love for hand-crafted pieces, sustainability, and supporting other local makers. When she’s not styling mannequins or planning the next collection drop, you can find Amy sourcing fabrics, hosting pop-up markets, or brainstorming ways to keep fashion fun and the creative spirit thriving.

Jennifer is the creative heartbeat of Suellen’s Studio. As manager, she not only keeps the day-to-day running smoothly but also brings her sewing skills and design eye to life in the studio. Many of the handcrafted items on our shelves — from upcycled fashion pieces to custom home accents — have Jennifer’s care stitched right in. Passionate about all things handmade, Jennifer loves collaborating with local makers, dreaming up new projects, and helping our customers find unique, meaningful pieces they’ll treasure.
