  • Vibhuti Singh

    MD

    Dr. Vibhuti Singh specializes in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine. He earned his doctorate from Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi, India and his master’s degree at the Harvard University School of Public Health. Dr. Singh is a member of the American Medical Association; the American Heart Association; the Florida Medical Association; the Florida Chapter of the American College of Cardiology; and a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Prior to joining Dedicated, Dr. Singh was a non-invasive and invasive cardiologist with Atlanticare Physicians Group. “I enjoy talking to patients and spending time with them,” said Dr. Singh. “My goal is to help patients with health promotion, prevention and treatment plans. With my training and experience, I believe I can make a large impact on their health and well-being.”

  • Reynarichie Bragg

    DACM

    Originally from Manila, Philippines, Dr. Reynarichie Bragg is a boardcertified doctor of oriental medicine and acupuncture physician who’s dedicated to bringing compassionate care and hope to seniors. “I love sharing the healing arts of alternative medicine and integrative care with them,” Dr. Bragg says. “Seeing acupuncture, health coaching, food support and other modalities enhance their health and quality of life is very rewarding.” It also makes her day to chat with seniors about life and learn from their experiences. Away from the clinic, Dr. Bragg enjoys lacrosse with her sons and husband and going to the beach. She even volunteers, giving lectures on living well and preventive medicine.

  • Junior Macias Madaula, MD

    MD

    Dr. Junior Macias Madaula was in high school when he discovered his passion for healing. He became interested in anatomy and physiology and decided to dedicate his life to practicing medicine. His family helped influence his decision to work with seniors. “I was raised by older adults,” Dr. Macias Madaula says. “Living with my great-grandmother and grandmother, who is 90 years old, made me appreciate the frailties of the human body. It fulfilled a deep commitment to practice medicine in a special way— one that can improve the conditions of seniors by providing care that relieves suffering, improves functional ability, promotes health and well-being, independence, and overall quality of life.”

  • Marissel Velazquez- Vicente

    MD

    Dr. Marissel Velazquez-Vicente, or Dr. V, was raised to respect and do good to others. These principles led her to a fulfilling career as a physician who is board certified in internal medicine and pulmonary diseases. “I love helping seniors achieve the best health possible,” she says. “They created the community we enjoy and deserve VIP service.” That includes treating them with respect and understanding their needs holistically. In addition to patient care, Dr. Velazquez-Vicente is devoted to teaching and leading in medicine. She has even served as a medical missionary for underserved populations and during natural disasters. When not with patients, Dr. Velazquez-Vicente especially enjoys tree hugging and playing guitar at church.

    Dr. Stephen P. Nicholas loves helping people reach the healthiest versions of themselves. He finds satisfaction in getting to know his patients and emphasizes the importance of listening to their concerns. “I want to be there for them in time of need, and I want them to know that I truly appreciate that they would entrust their care to me,” he adds. Dr. Nicholas enjoys helping the seniors at Dedicated Senior Medical Center “optimize their health.” An advocate of lifelong learning, he constantly studies, reads, and attends medical meetings. Outside of work, Dr. Nicholas likes gardening, swimming, and watching movies. He has a wife, three children, and five grandsons and hopes to one day visit Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • Christopher Oldrich

    DPM

    Dr. Christopher Oldrich was inspired to work in healthcare by his mother, who was also a physician. “I looked up to her with the way she cared for her patients and had the love and respect of her patients and colleagues,” he says. Dr. Oldrich actively listens to his patients and is proud to serve the senior population. His favorite part of being a physician is building relationships with patients. “I truly care that you feel better, and I would be honored to be part of the team that takes care of you,” he says. Spending quality time with family is very important to Dr. Oldrich. He also enjoys practicing martial arts and playing the drums. Dr. Oldrich says he is adventurous with food and will try almost anything once.

    Ashley Uney, a dedicated family nurse practitioner, likes connecting with patients by listening to their stories and “being present” in conversations. “I am their voice, their advocate, and partner in their health journey,” she says. Ashley Uney loves empowering patients and feels “dedicated and honored to serve the senior population.” If she could change anything about healthcare today, she would make it more equal and accessible. To keep up with the latest medical advancements, Ashley Uney conducts research and attends conferences. “I am a strong believer in continued education,” she says. In her free time, Ashley Uney enjoys spending time with her family. Being new to Florida, they especially love visiting the pool and beach.

    NP-C, ANP, GNP

    Dawn was inspired by her mother to pursue a career as a nurse and later as a nurse practitioner. “I want to make a difference in the lives around me,” she explains. She loves building connections with patients and watching them “grow and improve their health.” When she can, she likes using humor in her practice. “No one wants to go to a primary care provider that is always grumpy,” she says. Dawn loves listening to everyone’s stories and enjoys learning from the wisdom of her senior patients. “I have a special place in my heart for the elderly population,” she says. When not with patients, Dawn can be found spending time with her family. She also loves baking and recently starting growing Orchids.

    APRN

    Jay Lao, who comes from a family of healthcare workers, chose to pursue a career in medicine after realizing the positive difference he could make. He often treats patients like family and says establishing relationships is his favorite part of his profession. “Everyone has a story. I feel that seniors have a lot more wisdom to share from their life experiences,” he says. He wants patients to know he is open-minded and likes helping them make informed decisions regarding their health. His ideal healthcare system is “more focused on prevention rather than cure.” In his free time, he loves fishing and spending time with family. Jay Lao is also a proud army veteran, having served the Philippines for ten years in the Medical Corps.

    Dr. Jennifer Casey’s love for science and people started when she was a teenager—and it has only grown during her career as a board-certified family medicine physician and healthcare leader. “My brightest days come from being with and taking care of others, especially those in need,” she says. “Having time to listen to seniors, appreciate their histories, and advocate for their health are favorite parts of my day.” In addition, Dr. Casey considers it an honor to work alongside other committed healthcare workers. During down time, she likes to keep up with medical research, entertain family and friends, cook, and volunteer in the community. Dr. Casey also enjoys spending time on Lake Erie and hiking historical sites around the world.

    Since he was a child, Dr. Sanil Matthew Skaria has had “great respect for the elderly.” He explains, “I’ve always had the desire to care for them and serve them, seeing them as my own grandparents.” He values the relationships he builds with patients and likes getting to know them “well beyond their health conditions.” He adds, “The patient should know and be able to trust you.” He likes treating “the person as a whole” and always prioritizes his patients. Dedicated to lifelong learning, he often reads medical literature to keep up with the latest advancements. In his free time, Dr. Skaria enjoys meditating and relaxing in nature. He is involved in the church and likes going on missions and participating in outreach programs.

    “Since I was a child, I knew I wanted to help people,” Dr. Bruna Taveras Garcia explains. One of her favorite parts of her profession is seeing patients smile after feeling healthier. She understands the value of patience and compassion in her practice. She likes connecting with patients on a personal level and employs a “warm, patient-centered approach” to “ensure that every senior under my care feels valued and understood.” She adds, “I believe in the importance of listening to their concerns and addressing them in order to build trustful relationships.” When not with patients, Dr. Garcia’s favorite activity is spending quality time with her husband and son. She also enjoys dancing and traveling to new places.
